Clinical Aesthetics
Medical-grade aesthetic treatments grounded in dermatology expertise and informed by functional medicine. We don't just treat the surface — we understand what's underneath it.
Skin that's been optimized internally heals faster, holds results longer, and responds better to every treatment we perform.
Clinically Grounded
Every treatment is selected and performed with a clinical foundation in dermatology — not as a menu item, but as a precision tool chosen for your specific skin and goals.
Internally Informed
We know what your gut, hormones, and inflammation levels are doing — and we factor that into how we approach your aesthetic care. This is context most aesthetics providers never have.
Results-Focused
We're not here to sell you a treatment package. We're here to produce real, lasting results — which sometimes means telling you what not to do as much as what to do.
Understated by Design
Our aesthetic philosophy is natural precision — enhancing what's already there, not replacing it. Refreshed, not done. Confident, not obvious.
Our aesthetic philosophy
Most aesthetic practices operate on a simple premise: you come in, you pick a treatment, you leave. Results are measured in weeks and repeat visits are scheduled accordingly.
We operate differently. Our clinical background in dermatology means we understand skin at a structural and physiological level — not just what a treatment does on the surface, but why skin responds the way it does and how to get it to respond better.
Patients who have done functional medicine work alongside cosmetic treatments consistently see superior outcomes. When inflammation is lower, when hormones are balanced, when the gut-skin axis is functioning correctly — skin texture improves faster, collagen builds more robustly, and treatments hold longer. Internal optimization is the multiplier.
You don't need to be a functional medicine patient to receive cosmetic care here. But if you are, we'll use that knowledge in everything we do.
What sets us apart
A provider with dermatology training approaches a cosmetic treatment differently than an aesthetician or general injector. We understand the anatomy at a level that informs every placement decision, every peel selection, every treatment interval.
And because we also understand what's happening systemically — whether your skin is inflamed at the cellular level, whether your hormones are driving sebum production, whether your thyroid is affecting collagen synthesis — we can sequence treatments intelligently and set accurate expectations based on your actual biology.
This is a combination that's rare in clinical aesthetics. We think it makes a meaningful difference in what you experience and the results you achieve.
"Cosmetic treatments are most powerful when they're the finishing layer — not the foundation. We build the foundation first, then refine what's on top."
What we offer
All treatments are performed by or under the supervision of a board-certified PA-C with dermatology training. Pricing and availability discussed at consultation.
Category 01
Physician-formulated chemical exfoliation addressing texture, tone, pigmentation, fine lines, and active acne. Peel depth and chemistry are selected based on your skin type, Fitzpatrick classification, and goals — not a one-size menu.
Controlled micro-injury to stimulate collagen and elastin remodeling. Precision depth settings address scarring, pore size, texture, fine lines, and overall skin quality. Can be combined with PRP/PRF, hyaluronic acid, or growth factors.
Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin concentrate your body's own growth factors to accelerate healing, stimulate collagen, and promote regeneration. Used topically with microneedling or injected for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation.
Clinical-level facial treatments using medical-grade products and protocols — not a spa facial. Designed for active acne management, barrier repair, hydration optimization, and maintenance between more intensive treatments.
Targeted wavelength light therapy stimulating cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and killing acne-causing bacteria without heat or downtime. Red light supports collagen synthesis; blue light targets P. acnes; near-infrared supports deeper tissue healing.
Next-generation regenerative treatment using cell-signaling molecules to accelerate skin repair, reduce inflammation, and stimulate collagen production — delivering results that go beyond what traditional growth factors achieve alone.
Category 02
Precise muscle relaxation for dynamic lines — forehead, glabellar (11s), crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, masseter slimming, hyperhidrosis, and more. Our philosophy is natural movement preservation, not frozen expression. Less is often more.
Hyaluronic acid filler for volume restoration, structural support, and contour refinement — lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, temples, tear troughs, and nasolabial folds. Placed conservatively with anatomical precision. Reversible with hyaluronidase.
Biostimulatory injectables that trigger your body's own collagen production — providing gradual, natural-looking volume restoration that develops over weeks and lasts significantly longer than HA fillers. Ideal for facial rejuvenation and skin quality improvement.
FDA-approved deoxycholic acid injection that permanently destroys submental fat cells beneath the chin — eliminating the "double chin" without surgery. Results develop gradually over multiple sessions as the body processes treated fat.
Platelet-rich plasma injected directly into the scalp to stimulate dormant follicles, increase hair density, and slow progressive hair loss. Most effective when combined with internal root-cause work addressing the underlying hormonal or nutritional drivers.
The most transformative outcomes come from intelligently sequenced combination approaches — layering regenerative, resurfacing, and injectable treatments across a planned timeline. We build individualized protocols, not one-off appointments.
The internal advantage
Cosmetic treatments work with your biology. When that biology is optimized — inflammation controlled, hormones balanced, gut functioning correctly — the outcomes are measurably better.
Lower systemic inflammation means faster post-treatment recovery, less redness, and quicker return to results after microneedling, peels, and injectables.
Collagen synthesis requires adequate vitamin C, zinc, copper, and amino acids. Nutritional deficiencies — often identified through functional testing — directly limit how well your skin responds to collagen-stimulating treatments.
Hormonal imbalances accelerate collagen degradation. Gut-driven inflammation promotes skin breakdown. Addressing these internally extends how long every treatment holds.
Immune dysregulation, active gut inflammation, and hormonal volatility can increase adverse responses to aesthetic treatments. Stabilizing physiology internally reduces risk and improves predictability.
The internal work that makes every treatment perform better and last longer — whether you're a functional medicine patient or not.
Collagen Nutritional Support
Vitamin C, zinc, copper, and amino acid adequacy — the raw materials for collagen production that no injectable can substitute for.
Inflammation Control
Systemic inflammation degrades collagen, worsens pigmentation, and slows wound healing. Lowering inflammatory burden amplifies every treatment performed.
Hormonal Stability
Estrogen supports collagen synthesis; androgens drive sebum and acne; cortisol degrades skin integrity. Hormone balance is skin care.
UV Protection Protocol
Broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily, antioxidant serum, and lifestyle sun management — the single highest-return habit in any skin quality protocol.
Gut-Skin Optimization
Microbiome balance and intestinal barrier integrity directly influence skin inflammation, barrier function, and how skin heals after procedures.
Medical-Grade Topicals
Prescription-grade retinoids, growth factors, and barrier-supportive actives that create the skin environment treatments build on — not from a spa shelf.
How it works
We begin with a thorough skin assessment and conversation — your goals, concerns, skin history, prior treatments, what's worked, and what hasn't. No pressure, no package upselling. Just an honest evaluation of what your skin needs.
Based on your assessment, we build a sequenced treatment plan — not a menu selection. We'll tell you what will move the needle most for your specific goals, what order makes clinical sense, and realistic timelines for what you'll see and when.
Treatments are performed with clinical precision in a medical setting. Post-care instructions are specific and clear — we walk you through exactly what to expect, what to avoid, and how to optimize your healing and results at home.
We track your results and adjust the plan as your skin changes and goals evolve. Aesthetic medicine is not a one-time event — it's an ongoing relationship with your skin. We're here for the long arc, not the single appointment.

Common questions
No — cosmetic treatments are available to all patients, whether or not you're engaged in functional medicine work. That said, patients who are working on their internal health alongside cosmetics consistently see better results, and we'll always make relevant connections if we see something systemically that may be affecting your skin. The two approaches work well together, and we're happy to discuss both during your consultation.
Several things. Our provider has a clinical background in dermatology — understanding skin disease, skin anatomy, and skin physiology at a depth that goes beyond aesthetics training. We approach cosmetic care as medical care, not as a service menu. We don't operate on volume or package sales. And because of our functional medicine lens, we understand your skin as a reflection of your systemic health — which changes how we select treatments, set expectations, and think about long-term outcomes.
Generally yes — and for current patients, we already know your health picture, which makes coordination seamless. Some nutraceuticals (high-dose fish oil, vitamin E, certain botanicals) can affect bleeding time and may need to be paused before injectable treatments. Some skin-active protocols (medical-grade retinoids, AHA/BHA) may need to be adjusted ahead of chemical peels or microneedling. We review all of this at your cosmetic consultation — nothing is assumed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Start with a consultation. We'll assess your skin, understand your goals, and make a specific recommendation — not a default treatment. For most first-time patients, we prioritize skin quality work first (peels, microneedling, medical-grade topicals) before moving into injectables, which layer on top of a healthy skin foundation. The sequencing matters, and getting it right from the start produces significantly better long-term outcomes.
Yes — this is our default approach. Our aesthetic philosophy centers on natural enhancement and movement preservation. With neuromodulators, we aim for softening, not paralysis. With fillers, we prioritize restoration of what's been lost over the addition of volume that wasn't there. We'll never pressure you toward more than you came in for, and we're always honest when we think less is more. The goal is that you look like yourself — just more rested, more refined.
Book a cosmetic consultation and let's talk about what your skin needs — honestly, precisely, and without pressure. We'll build a plan that makes sense for where you are and where you want to be.
